Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter
The competition is organised by Access Care Management Limited, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 03004212). Registered office:

2. Eligibility
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Access Care Management Limited, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter
You can enter the competition in one of two ways:

Only one entry per person per quarter will be counted. No purchase is necessary.

4. Prize & Draw Dates
One winner will be drawn each quarter to receive a Fortnum & Mason Hamper (approximate value: £150). Prize draw dates are:

  • 31 March

  • 30 June

  • 30 September

  • 31 December

The hamper may vary depending on availability. No cash alternative is available and the prize is non-transferable.

5. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by each draw date. Winners will be contacted via email within 7 days and must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be reached or fails to respond, Access Care reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Data Protection
By entering, you consent to being added to the Access Care mailing list and receiving occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time. Your data will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. General
Access Care Management Limited reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition or these Terms and Conditions at any time. This competition is not affiliated with or endorsed by Fortnum & Mason. By entering, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
