Our office is open for visits from 9.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. If you would prefer a quieter, more private conversation, we are always happy to arrange a suitable time.
Where appropriate, we can also arrange to meet you at home, allowing us to understand the environment and discuss care in a more familiar setting.
