Welcome to Access Care, where our small yet dynamic, happy team brings together a wealth of experience in both the home care and recruitment industries. Couple this with degrees, certificates, qualifications, big hearts, common sense, and a drive to ensure our service surpasses expectation - we are the Access Care management team.

 

We are happy, honest, reliable and pride ourselves on being a close-knit team that recruit and introduce Live-in Carers to people across the UK. Our team is not just defined by academic achievements and industry experience; we bring big hearts and a genuine passion for making a positive impact within Live-in Care.

 

We are a fun and positive team, with a strong and successful service product with an excellent company image and brand. We have a reputation to be proud of. We work hard and like to get out and play hard too! We are proud that every member of our team pays attention to minute detail to exceed our customers’ expectations and offer a truly personalised Live-in Care service. Tiggy is proud to lead the Access Care Team, but when she's not in the office Tiggy can be found on stage living her am-dram dream, or travelling to sunnier climes with the family!

Emma McNab,

Team Leader

Emma spends her days working closely with the team ensuring they are meeting the demands of our carers and clients and that we only recruit the best of the best.

 

In her spare time Emma enjoys spending fun times with her little boys & husband.

Jo Pinkney,

Head of Client Customer Service

Jo really enjoys getting to know our clients and their relatives enabling her to learn the type of carer who will be a good match! Jo is always available at the end of the phone to talk through any queries, provide support, or sometimes just to have a chat. Jo genuinely cares and that comes through in the service she provides. 

 

In her spare time Jo enjoys having fun with her boys & caring for her allotment.

"I started working for Access Care in December 2018, firstly as an administrator, gradually building to the management role I have now within the Bookings department. The role is varied and I learn something new every day which keeps things interesting! I get a huge sense of satisfaction in my role, knowing that I am part of a company that helps vulnerable adults stay in their own homes, working with a fantastic team who share the responsibility and enthusiasm of matching carers to clients. There’s nothing like the joy of hearing the testimonials for our carers provided by the clients, it makes all our hard work so worthwhile."
