Meet The Management Team

We are a small, happy team with years of experience in the homecare and recruitment industries. Couple this with degrees, certificates, qualifications, big hearts, common sense and a drive to ensure our service surpasses expectation - we are the Access Care management team.

Tiggy,

CEO

Tiggy is proud to lead the Access Care Team, but when she's not in the office Tiggy can be found on stage living her am-dram dream, or travelling to sunnier climes with the family! She's pictured here with 'Chloe' the gorgeous Cavalier King Charles who is never far from her side and very good as an office therapy dog when the team need a cuddle!

Melanie,

General Manager

Melanie works closely with the team, enjoys speaking to our clients both new and existing, and ensures that we have the right carers registered to be able to introduce to our clients. She also runs our registration days for all our new carers so that Melanie personally gets a chance to meet them all. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and her 2 dogs. Her guilty pleasure is handbags - you can never have too many!

Emma,

Team Manager

Emma spends her days working closely with the team ensuring they are meeting the demands of our carers and clients and that we only recruit the best of the best.

 

In her spare time Emma enjoys spending fun times with her little boys & husband.

"I started working for Access Care in December 2018, firstly as an administrator, gradually building to the management role I have now within the Bookings department. The role is varied and I learn something new every day which keeps things interesting! I get a huge sense of satisfaction in my role, knowing that I am part of a company that helps vulnerable adults stay in their own homes, working with a fantastic team who share the responsibility and enthusiasm of matching carers to clients. There’s nothing like the joy of hearing the testimonials for our carers provided by the clients, it makes all our hard work so worthwhile."
