"Jamilla came to us in the middle of a crisis emergency when I was rushed to hospital, leaving my Mum, who has broken her back in three places and is currently bed bound and our two cats, baby hamster and huge tank of freshwater fish, alone and unattended.
Jamilla was able to hit the ground running and was able to pick up from where I had left off. She was an instant hit with my Mother and she learned to care for our pets individually and even appeared to enjoy learning about each animal. I was able to rest assured that they were all well looked after and she set about her work quietly and with a sense of humour, which was much appreciated. She was also able to double up with our usual agency to assist them when they called and she worked well with them.
She really has helped us greatly with our emergency crisis and has stayed on extra to help look after me on my return from hospital until I am able to take things back from her. Thank you for your help Jamilla!"
