Our Loyal Live-in Carers - We Celebrate You!

Here at Access Care we are lucky enough to have some amazing home carers registered with us, some of which have been providing domiciliary care with us since 2004!! We love the fact that some of our longstanding carers have been loyal to us as an agency providing outstanding care for our clients for so long!

To recognise this level of commitment and loyalty, we celebrate by having a monthly Loyalty and Reward presentation at our Head Office in Hampshire. Our registered live-in carers come back here every two years to re-register with us and our Company logo of the orchid, represents two years of being registered – we have some live-in carers with six and eight orchids, totalling 12 and 14 years of being registered with Access Care! The presentation is a very important event and the whole team are involved to celebrate commitment from the carers and have a catch up to see how they are doing. We provide our carers with a Loyalty and Reward Certificate, which displays the number of orchids each carer has achieved. We also provide our carers with a special gift, which represents the number of years they have been registered with us - it's a lovely surprise!

The lovely Svetlana, Armida and Lucy have been registered with Access Care since 2004! They are 3 of our longest standing live-in carers! All 3 of these carers have had some outstanding feedback on their work of providing in home care services, showing how much our clients love them!
