Access Care Live-in Care in Hampshire

Hello! I’m Lou, and I’m a dedicated Client Relationship Consultant for Access Care. My main role is to look after my lovely clients, finding them the perfect home carer and live-in companion and assuring them of peace of mind knowing they will always have a live-in carer with them. I keep in regular contact with my clients and love to have a good chat with them all seeing how they get on and if we can do anything to help them.

My typical week involves a lot of talking on the phone. I make calls to ensure the safe arrival of any new live-in carers to my clients and speak to them all as much as they'd like to help advise, signpost to information they are after and offer a friendly ear just to listen to what they have to say. I also keep up communication with my client's family, building up strong relationships with them as my client's next of kin. I regularly work with other departments of the Access Care Live-in Care team to share my thoughts on potential home carer matches for my lovely clients.

I will soon be heading out of the office to complete new client meetings and to visit my existing clients making sure that we know exactly the type of live-in Carer they are looking for - I can't wait to meet them all in person!

I wanted to join the Access Care team after seeing the job post online. My Grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s a few years ago and my family and I had been struggling to provide the care that she needed. This gives me an understanding of some of the emotions that come along with deciding a loved one may need a live-in carer, especially those looking  for live-in care for people with dementia as it can be a hard conversation to have with a family member. It’s a big decision and I would love to know that I have helped make the process easier for families and clients who reach out to us.

I feel very lucky to work in in the Access Care office. I am really looking forward to getting out and about and meeting the client side of the Access Care family!

Live-in Care CEO Tiggy Bradshaw Access Care (1).webp

About The Author
Tiggy Bradshaw

Tiggy Bradshaw is the CEO and driving force behind Access Care, a family-run live-in care agency founded in 1994. Tiggy stepped into the company founded by her mother, Judie Tighe, after growing up immersed in the business and its values. Under her leadership, Access Care remains small enough to pay attention to the details yet large enough to deliver impactful care solutions across the UK.

Her mission is to arrange compassionate, professional live-in carers that enable individuals to remain in their own homes with dignity, rather than moving into a residential setting. With decades of experience behind the team, Tiggy prioritises highly-vetted carers, personalised matching and a caring, family-first ethos.

Together with her dedicated team, Tiggy continues to build on the founding vision of transforming live-in care - treating every family, client and carer as if they were part of her own.
