"As Autumn creeps in I reflect on the warmth of the summer months. We certainly saw plenty of sunshine which hopefully helped some of you to enjoy your gardens and beyond, and lifted the spirits of you all. I have noticed a definite change in the air in the last few weeks. The nights are drawing in, and our summer clothes have gone back into hiding in our wardrobes. Out come our wooly jumpers and I expect many of us are thinking about turning the heating on. I joined Access Care, as a live-in carer, almost six months ago as the Client Relations Manager and I knew I had big shoes to fill and a brand new live-in care team to train for you. We have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know so many of you, thus far and we are planning to visit everyone as soon as we can. Thank you to those that have kindly shared your stories with me and made us feel so welcome. I'm always here if you need me - just a phone call away."
Best Wishes,
Suzanne Richardson, Client Relations Manager

Client Testimonials
As you know we love to keep in touch with our private care Clients and their family's, and receiving testimonials about the service you are receiving is really important to us. Here's a selection we'd like to share:
"Svetlana has been with us for six weeks and it has been an absolute pleasure to have her in our home. She has fitted in from day one and has been wonderful as a sympathetic and very competent carer for my husband. She is extremely able and nothing is too much trouble for her to accomplish. I look forward to her return one of these days!"
- D. Mole (Wife)
"Mum seems to be getting on with her like a house on fire, she is fabulous"
- D. Patterson (Next of Kin)
"Judith was very kind and conscientious with a cheerful approach because I am sure it was not easy at times. She went the extra mile by texting me every day letting me know how Mum was doing, which was kind and much appreciated. It was lovely to have a break knowing Mum was well cared for. Thank you (to the team) for all your held and support so that I could have a holiday and go to the wedding. As I said it is so good going away knowing Mum is well looked after even though I know Mum hates me being away."
- M. East (Daughter)
"Christine is kind, very patient and a nice person. I have real confidence in her when I'm not here.
- Mrs. Hubbard (Daughter) "Michelle Hearty was thrown in at the deep end at short notice - she did extremely well in the circumstances. She kept my wife safe which was the most important thing, she is a very nice person."
- Mr. Muirhead (Husband)
Complex Care Corner
With the seasons on the change we all worry about the dreaded Flu taking hold. Although you may not class this as 'Complex Care' it is indeed very serious to those in vulnerable categories and is something our live-in carers at Access Care take very seriously.

Carers Of The Month
Every month we celebrate the fabulous work our live-in Carers do. Here's the latest from the Summer season! Congratulations to all. A lovely surprise is on it's way for them to say thank you on behalf of the office team and our clients.
Emilija
Your client's daughter thinks you're amazing and so do we! Thank you!
"Emilija is a very mature young lady, I can't praise her highly enough. If you have a care awards, I would like to nominate her it, she has gone above and beyond what is required."
Irina
What a lovely testimonial for you!
"A real credit to you, Irina has been great in every way, especially through some difficult and sad times. She made a real difference during a time that we have all been saddened by."
Salim and Elizabeth M
We thank you both from the office for your kindness in helping out when client's needed you at very short notice. You happily packed your bags and travelled far and went to their aid. Thank you!
News From The Top
"I consider myself very blessed to come to the office each day and work with such a kind, fun, hard-working and conscientious team. From head of operations to junior administrators the team works incredibly hard everyday to try and provide you all with a bespoke service that works for you and your family. I am aware at times there can be a service failure and any MD would be foolish to assume otherwise. Whilst I am obviously sad when this happens, I am keen that we look at this as a positive opportunity to improve and correct out working practices. The office team has Customer Service Training this month to review and improve in this regard. We call it 'de-bugging' the system. If you have any 'bugs' that you'd like us to review, we'd love to hear from you.
Assuring you of our best attention at all times.
