To find quality local ingredients, for vegetables visit your local green grocers; for meat your local butcher will have all the best cuts of meat; and for things like cheese, eggs, and other ingredients you can try your local farm shop.
Ingredients:
4 locally sourced pork sausages from the butcher

140g button mushrooms from the green grocers
3 eggs (try your local farm shop for delicious organic eggs!)
8 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tbsp snipped chives
How to cook:
Turn on the grill and heat to high. Heat a medium sized non-stick frying pan, add the sausages and fry for 5 minutes. Add the bacon and turn occasionally until crisp. Add the mushrooms and continue to cook for a 3-5 minutes. Drain any fat and make sure the ingredients so everything is spread out evenly.
Add the tomatoes, chives, stir and let cook for 2 minutes. Crack the eggs into the pan and let them cook over the ingredients for 2-3 minutes. For a little extra indulgence you can add add some grated locally sourced cheese and grill for 2 minutes until set. Serve immediately with a sourdough bread - delicious! This will certainly set you up for a good day ahead!
