From the initial 1-2-1 interview performed by different team members to your registration afternoon where we spend time with you. We will tell you all about the company and listen to your thoughts and ideas about being a Live-in carer. We like to talk to you regularly and build a picture of who you are and what you want. This makes it much easier to match you to the right client. We believe knowing you is the key!

As a self-employed Live-in Care worker, you are in complete control of when and where you work, and even better, the rate of pay you would like to be earning. We give you the freedom to choose! We listen to your wants and needs.
