Rapid Response - Emergency Response Service

Access Care Ltd prides itself on being able to provide care at short notice in emergency and urgent cases.

We are able to provide short and long term care packages to clients within 24 hours of the first enquiry.

 

The benefits of this Rapid Response service to our Service Users include:

• Avoidance of unnecessary admission to hospital
• Quicker discharge from hospital, allowing a client to be back in their own home as quickly as possible
• Alleviate pressure on a Client's family or support network through Respite
