Access Care Ltd prides itself on being able to provide 24hr Live in Care at short notice in emergency and urgent cases.
We are able to provide short and long term 24hr Live In Care packages to Service Users anywhere in the UK within 24 hours.
The benefits of this Rapid Response to our Service Users include:
- Avoidance of unnecessary admission to hospital
- Quicker discharge from hospital allowing a Service User to be back in their own home as quickly as possible.
- Alleviate pressure on a Service User's family or support network through Respite.
The 24hr Live In Care Rapid response Service can be contacted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round.
