Hourly Care is quite simply when a Care Worker visits a client for a period of time to assist them with tasks to enable them to remain living independently within their own home. Our hourly care service is tailored to suit the individual needs of our clients and is therefore available in fractions or multiples of an hour. Care Packages range from 15 minute medication prompts, to half hour assistance with getting up, washing and dressing, an hour for a bath and hair wash to an afternoon of companionship and care combined. No two care packages are the same and Access Care works hard to develop a plan to suit the client and provide them with the care they truly need, delivered in a way they find truly acceptable.
We help adults over the age of 18 who live with all manner of conditions ranging from Dementia, MS and Parkinson’s to Stroke, Cancer, Cerebral Palsy and frail elderly to name but a few. Our hourly service excels through high levels of continuity, assuring regular Care Workers at regular times each day of the week; with a 24hr rapid response team for emergencies and immediate cover if needed.
Our staff are expertly trained, have passed stringent recruitment checks and are proud to be part of the Access Care Team.
