We are a small, happy team. Combined we have over 90 years (!) of experience in the homecare & recruitment industries. Couple this with degrees, certificates, qualifications, big hearts and a drive to ensure our service surpasses expectation and we are the Access Care office team.
Managing Director - Tiggy (Judie's daughter) leads the company through her strategic planning and organisational skills. At home, Tiggy loves anything and everything to do with fashion and theatre, even taking to the stage herself sometimes!
Judie is our Finance Director & Non-Executive Chair. She founded Access Care in 1994. Her vision remains to enable people to access live-in care of the highest standard with the trade mark Access Care finishing touches. Judie is known for her smile and caring nature.
Head of Operations Melanie has a firm handle on all our Live-in Care clients and carers and her paperwork has a pleasurable touch of OCD to it (or CDO to put it alphabetically)! Mel’s guilty pleasure is handbags and she is the handbag equivalent of Imelda Marcos.
On the end of the phone for people looking to arrange live-in care for a loved one, Sacha is delighted to listen to your individual story to help you decided whether live-in care is right for you and your family and if it is, help put the wheels in motion for you. Sacha is kept busy at home with a beautiful little girl and two bouncy cocker spaniels.
Alison is one of our client Liaisons, who also looks after our clients. She cares more than anyone else we know and has an incredibly cheery and positive nature. When not working she enjoys reading and is our own little master-chef as enjoys cooking.
Kathy's main role is to look after our clients, specifically those with more complex care needs. Kathy has a penchant for live music and hotter chillies than most of us can even look at! She is a true Yorkshire lass and makes a wonderful 'northern brew.'
Emma heads up the Recruitment & Registration side of the agency so spends her days scrutinising papers and making sure all the boxes are ticked. Emma is bubbly, vivacious and serious fun and has a new baby to keep her extra busy!
Charlotte is our in-house accountant, it is her role to ensure we keep the right records and stay on top of our finances. When Charlotte doesn't have her head in figures and paperwork she loves nothing more than escaping into the countryside with her dogs to enjoy the simple things in life.
Shelbie is our bookings administrator. Working closely with Melanie to keep our records up to date and tidy whilst scheduling all bookings. When she’s not at work she enjoys spending the weekend fishing and online shopping, maybe a little too much!
